Dionysian Princess

Madness is my method.

Absurdities! is written by Jen Nedeau, a young twenty something living in Washington, DC, who goes by the alias Dionysian Princess. Jen is known for her absurd adventures, super spy behavior, and belief in the bizarre and wonderful.

Jen grew up in San Francisco, CA and left the West Coast to attend The George Washington University, where she obtained a B.A. in Journalism. Jen currently works for New Media Strategies and previously pursued a career in political journalism where she wrote for Washingtonpost.com and Stateline.org. She is a member of Women in Politics and Technology and Women Who Tech, in addition to being a member on the Advisory Board for the New Leaders Council.

When she is not working, networking, and politicking, Jen can be seen riding her bike named “Free Spirit” through the streets of D.C., working on her manuscript about traveling through South America or baking cherry pies in her kitchen while listening to Brazilian Jazz.

Behind-the-scenes contributors include friends, co-workers, acquaintances and strangers generous enough to partake in absurd behavior, or at least observe elements of human folly in the world around them.

You can follow her daily random musings as an absurdity agent provocateur at http://twitter.com/humanfolly .
