Audacious Aussie
January 18, 2008 — dionysianprincessThe news story that recently came out about one audacious 16-year old in Australia who threw the party of a lifetime, certainly deserves an absurdity award. Before watching though, please make sure to note the following:
- The obnoxious behavior of the female host as she acts like a priest in a confessional asking the kid to repent.
- The fact that this kid goes on television to talk about destructive party before he even talks to parents.
-The strange pictures of the parents sitting in a sunny park crying over the actions of their party-loving son. I want to feel sorry for them, but honestly the whole fiasco makes me wonder where he learned his antics from…
- And as my friend Saj said, the whole thing sort of makes sense when you realize that “Australia is a country once made of exiled criminals.”
The rest is pretty obvious and you must watch to understand why this deserves a spot in the great world of nonsensical behavior.
